  • Documentation of site survey to CAD

CONCEPT DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

  • Preliminary concept design & budget estimates

  • Resolved concept design including refined drawings of joinery and key design features

CONTRACT DOCUMENTATION

  • Complete set of detailed drawings used for obtaining quotes

  • Drawings include a full set of plans, elevations, joinery & construction details.

  • Schedules of finishes, fixtures, doors, windows and relevant equipment

APPROVALS & CONSULTANTS

  • Coordination of Landlord & Council approvals

  • Coordination of Certification as required

  • Coordination of external consultants:  eg. Town Planner, Hydraulic and Structural engineers, Surveyors, lighting consultants etc

PROJECT ADMINISTRATION & MANAGEMENT

  • Coordination of builders or trade quotes

  • Coordination of pre-start documents and contracts for work commencement

  • Liaise with on site contractors to ensure the works are in line with the design

  • Review and respond to questions and requests for information during works

  • Attend site as required to oversee construction progress & quality

PROCUREMENT

  • Procurement is product sourced and purchased by whitewood on behalf of the client

  • Items procured may include light fittings, specialty tiles, furniture, soft furnishings, fabrics & window dressings, plants & pots etc.

  • whitewood will source and quote items, invoice for the goods, order, arrange delivery and check quality on arrival
