Designed by C2  Architecture and Mon Palmer and built by Omira Property Group, the home has been furnished and styled by Whitewood Agency. We wanted to create a curated and contemporary take on the beachside villa.

A single oversized pendant immediately draws the eye to trace its way to the ceiling void, exposing the sheer height of the space. With its white textured finish and simple yet impressive silhouette, it was selected to work together with the sweeping stairs to create a sculptural focal point in the home.

A large white concrete table was custom-made to further complement the colour palette and shapes, also creating a neutral backdrop for the timber dining chairs. For the centrepiece, we collaborated with Braer to create a colourful floral arrangement bursting with life to cut through the neutral interior.

The living area was furnished to create a sense of tranquillity. Handcrafted in natural stone inlay, the organic shaped coffee table contrasts against the more structured shapes of the sofa and armchair, further enhancing each other. Tactile materials of jute, timber and linen are reminiscent of the coastal context.

The feeling of tranquillity has been extended to the light filled main bedroom. A minimal approach was taken selecting soft linens and muted colours in the artwork, focusing on simple lines and shapes. The overall aesthetic of the home can be described as beachside luxe – warm, natural, and relaxed.
